Job Summary

TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals to support anticipated
government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.

The Employment Services Specialist provides workforce development services,
including career counseling, job placement support, and case management for program
participants.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Provide career counseling and job placement assistance
• Develop employment plans and track client progress
• Conduct assessments and job readiness training
• Coordinate with employers and community partners
• Maintain case records and program documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 2-4 years of workforce development experience
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations
