Job Summary

TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals for potential future
contract opportunities supporting Arlington County, VA.

The Contract Analyst manages and monitors service contracts to ensure compliance,
performance, and effective service delivery. This role serves as a primary point of
contact for assigned contracts and supports all phases of the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor contracts for compliance and performance
• Coordinate contract implementation and service delivery
• Track financial and operational performance metrics
• Conduct site visits and evaluate contractor performance
• Develop reports and recommendations for contract improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain contract documentation and records

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in contract management or program oversight
• Knowledge of government contracting and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders
