Job Summary

TalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of qualified professionals for potential future
contract opportunities supporting Arlington County, VA.

The Librarian provides professional library services including reference assistance, collection development, and program delivery. This role supports both public-facing services and internal operations while promoting access to information and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reference and research assistance to patrons
• Develop and maintain library collections and resources
• Plan and deliver educational programs and community services
• Support staff training and technology adoption
• Assist patrons with digital tools and library systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve library services
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of library materials

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Science (MLIS or equivalent)
• Experience in library services, research, or information management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to support diverse populations and community programs
•  Familiarity with library systems and digital resources
